- Nature of the Products: All products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. As a result, variations in color, scent, texture, and weight may occur. These variations are natural and do not constitute a defect.
- Ingredients & Cross-Contamination Notice: Products are prepared in a non-industrial studio where various natural ingredients and essential oils are used. While reasonable care is taken, trace amounts of additional ingredients—including essential oils not listed—may be present. Ingredient lists provided on the website reflect key ingredients and may not be exhaustive.
- Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer: Due to the natural composition of the products, allergic reactions or sensitivities may occur. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product information, performing a patch test, and ensuring suitability for their personal condition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabon Tel Aviv shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions.
- Essential Oils & Sensitive Populations: Products may contain essential oils and active botanical ingredients. They may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, children, or individuals with certain medical conditions. Use is at the customer’s own risk.
- Proper Use & Misuse: Products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Sabon Tel Aviv shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use, use on sensitive areas, or use despite known sensitivity.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened or used. Returns will only be considered if the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was supplied. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
